Moving a crew across
1. Start the free trial: Fourteen days of the full platform, with no credit card. 2. Bring your customers and history: Send us your customer list and connect Xero. Bringing job history from another system, we do that migration with you. 3. Put the crew on the app: They install StackLyft from the App Store or Google Play and see the jobs you put them on.
Worth knowing
Xero is the only accounting package StackLyft syncs with today. Offline support is thin, so a crew that works out of range will want to know that before a trial.

How is a crew priced?
$99 a month ex GST for the platform including the first Full Access user, then $69 for each extra Full Access user and $29 for each Mobile Only user, the seat for people who work off a phone and never open the office side.
Do the crew need a different app?
No. It is the same StackLyft app on iPhone and Android, and the mobile app is included on every seat.
Can we see a job going backwards while it is running?
Yes. Labour and materials land on the job as they happen, so you can see committed and actual cost against what you quoted while the job is still open.
