Every enquiry answered, even on the tools.
A new enquiry gets a text back under your name, and the AI lead agent carries the conversation: it asks your questions, puts the answers on the enquiry and can book the site visit from your estimators' real diaries. It hands over the moment a person is needed.
At a glance
Texts back under your name, from your number. Asks your questions and fills in the enquiry. Offers real times from your estimators' diaries. Converting, quoting and booking wait for your OK.
Answers by text
It texts a new enquiry back and asks your own questions in your order, on the enquiry's own text thread, and writes the answers onto the record.
Books the site visit
With Book a site visit on, it offers real free times from the diaries of the estimators who do that work, allowing for leave, appointments, shifts and travel. It can't make up a time.
Hands over when it should
Price, discount or payment talk, a complaint, anything legal, or a customer asking for a person: it stops and passes the conversation to your team.
You decide what it does alone
Replying is automatic. Converting the lead, raising a quote and booking a visit wait on an approval card in the thread until you set them to run on their own.
Every way an enquiry arrives
Your website form, a Text us button for your site, and enquiries emailed to a connected Gmail or Outlook inbox all become leads it can pick up.
Calls, recorded and transcribed
Ring a customer from the lead, quote or job and the call is recorded, transcribed and summarised on the record, with a sentiment score out of 100.
Set it up once
1. Build your agent: Give it your questions, the work you do, your service area and what it may say, then try it in the test panel, which sends nothing. 2. Choose where it starts: Arm it on a lead yourself, or let it start on new website and email enquiries by itself. 3. Approve, or let it run: Approve each conversion, quote and booking from the thread, or set them to go ahead on their own.
Worth knowing
It refuses prices and dollar figures by default. That rule can be switched off, so leave it on if it should never talk money. It works by text, and its texts use your texting credit like any other text. Calls go out from StackLyft to the customer. Incoming calls aren't handled. The AI tools don't have a published price yet, so ask us.
Questions
Does the AI agent quote prices?
Not by default. It is set to refuse prices and dollar figures in its texts, and a quote it raises carries no prices: the office is told it's ready for an estimator to price.
Can it book a site visit?
Yes, once Book a site visit is on. It asks whether they'd like an estimator to come out, then offers real free times from the diaries of the estimators who do that work, and the booking waits for your approval unless you've set it to go ahead on its own.
What if the customer gets upset or asks for a person?
It hands over. Price talk, a complaint, anger, anything legal, a request for a person, or two replies it can't make sense of all stop it and pass the conversation to your team.
Is the Text us button a live chat?
No. It takes a name, mobile, email and message and turns them into a lead, and the reply goes out by text, from you or from the agent.
What does it cost?
The AI tools don't have a published price yet, so ring us. Its texts are ordinary texts: $15 a month for your business number once texting is on, then 12c a text.
