StackLyft

Send and receive work, business to business.

Businesses on StackLyft send each other RFQs, work orders and purchase orders, and answer them from inside their own StackLyft. Win a quote someone else will do, and the Partner Pipeline hands it to them and shows you how they are going.

At a glance

RFQs, work orders and purchase orders between businesses. What comes in becomes a quote or a job without being typed again. ABNs checked against the Australian Business Register. Off until you switch it on.

Send from the pickers you use

Pick a network business in the same subcontractor and supplier pickers you already use, and the RFQ, work order or purchase order goes out as it always does, with a copy in their Network inbox.

Answer inside your own StackLyft

Read the scope and the PDF, link one of your quotes so its price fills in your offer, and sign a work order on screen. The sender sees the same as if you had used the emailed link.

Into a quote or a job

Link what you receive to your own quotes and jobs, or create one from it already filled in, with its documents filed in Notes & Media.

Purchase orders to suppliers

Switch on Supply and buyers can see your product list and send you purchase orders. Turn one into a quote or a job with its lines and freight on it.

Hand a won quote to a partner

Put partner businesses on a quote, send each one a private link, and follow their stage, visits, notes and files on one screen. Then pick who gets the job.

Checked and rated

ABNs are checked against the Australian Business Register, and ratings come only from the businesses that sent a work order, once it was signed.

How it works

1. Switch it on: Fill in your business details and ABN in StackLyft Network settings, then turn on Receive, Send or Supply. Each one is off until you do. 2. Send or receive: Pick a network business wherever you pick a subcontractor or a supplier, or answer what lands in your Network inbox. 3. Keep it moving: Link what comes in to your quotes and jobs, offer and sign from the app, and rate the work orders you sent once they are signed.

Worth knowing

Partner requests reach businesses on StackLyft. A partner who is not on StackLyft works from the private link page instead, which needs no login. You pick one partner per quote.

Questions

What is the StackLyft Network?

It is how businesses on StackLyft send each other RFQs, work orders and purchase orders, and hand won quotes to partner businesses. What one business sends lands in the other's Network inbox and is answered from inside their own StackLyft.

Does the other business need to be on StackLyft?

No. A business that is not on it gets the RFQ or work order by email with its own link, exactly as before, and a partner gets a private link page that needs no login. Businesses on StackLyft get the same email plus the copy in their app.

Who can see my business on the network?

Nobody, until you turn on Receive. Then other businesses can find you by name, ABN, suburb or contact, and see your business name, ABN, address, contact and GST registration. Bank details are never shown.

What does a partner I hand a quote to see?

Their private link shows the scope of works, what they will be paid and the customer's name, plus the customer's phone, email and site address if you switch those on. They log their stage, site visits, contact with the customer, notes and files, and answer your questions.

Does it cost extra?

No. StackLyft has no tiers, so the network and the Partner Pipeline are part of every plan. Texting a partner their link uses your texting credit, like any other text.
