Is GST included in those prices?
No. Every price on this page is ex GST. The platform is $99 ex GST per month, which comes to $108.90 with GST on top. Punch your crew into the calculator above and it gives you both figures.
Does a Full Access user need a separate mobile seat?
No. Full Access means exactly that: the full web CRM and the full mobile app on the one seat. You only pay for a Mobile Only seat for someone who never needs the office side.
What does the platform fee cover?
The $99 covers your account, your data, the Xero connection, support and the small modifications we make for you, and it includes your first Full Access user. Everyone after that is priced per seat.
Can I mix Full Access and Mobile Only seats?
That's the normal setup. Most outfits run two or three Full Access seats for the office and a Mobile Only seat for everyone on the tools. You pick the seat type per person and change it whenever you like.
What happens if someone leaves?
Remove their seat and it stops billing on the next cycle. No exit fees, no minimum term, no locked-in seat counts.
Is Momo really not included?
Correct. The platform fee and a Full Access seat give you the whole CRM without Momo. Momo is an add-on per Full Access user because it costs us money every time you ask it something, and we'd rather not load that onto the outfits that never touch it. Ring us and we'll price it for your crew. We haven't published a price for the newer AI tools either: the agent that answers a new enquiry by text, the estimate review, and the scanning that reads a plan or a delivery docket. Ask us where those land for your crew rather than assuming either way.
Do texts cost extra?
Yes, but only if you switch texting on, and it's pay as you go. Switching it on gives you your own business mobile number at $15 a month ex GST, and that's the only fixed charge. Every text you send is 12c, a picture message is 80c sent or received, and replies from customers cost nothing. A text is up to 160 characters, and a longer message counts as one text for every 153. An emoji or a curly apostrophe drops a text to 70 characters. Leave texting off and none of it is charged.
What does the free trial include?
Fourteen days of the full platform plus Momo, no card needed. At the end you pick your seats. If it hasn't earned its keep, walk away and we'll export your data for you.
Do small changes cost extra?
No. Whatever trade you're in, if a form, field or report doesn't suit the way you run, tell us and we change it for your account. That's the whole point of us, not an upsell. Bigger pieces of work, a whole instance built around your business, are a separate thing, and they are priced separately.
